Personal data protection policy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1-88), we hereby inform you that we process your personal data:
- The controller of personal data is the Hotel. Contact information for communication with the controller can be found in the “Contacts” section on the website page where you create a reservation.
- Your data is processed in order to provide you with quality booking and accommodation services, including the ability to manage your booking, pay for your booking, to keep in touch with you, provide you with additional services, information about the Hotel’s services, etc. The processing of data to the above extent is in accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- The processing of your data is related to the creation of your reservation.
- Taking into account the purpose of personal data processing, by making a reservation, you also consent to the transfer of your personal data to the operator of the reservation system used by the Hotel. Your personal data may also be transferred to third parties, such as banks, financial institutions, transportation providers, mailing services and other service providers, within the framework of the stated purpose of personal data processing.
- Your data will be processed for the duration of the agreement with the Hotel where you are staying.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data from the Hotel, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing of personal data, and the right to personal data portability.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data is not processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Personal data is provided on a voluntary basis.
- The hotel will not perform profiling of your data, as well as automated solutions.
