A 100% prepayment is required on the day of booking.
UNDERHILL Resort & SPA Hotel cancellation policy
In case of cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the prepayment is refunded; In case of cancellation between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the prepayment is refunded; In case of cancellation less than 6 days prior to arrival and in case of no-show, the prepayment is not refundable.
